What is Talent Connection?
Talent Connection (TC) is a model and talent training company that specializing in
marketing our clients to top agencies & casting directors. TC educates our clients on
the industry and develops talent by teaching modeling and acting skills. They build the
confidence needed to be successful, while inviting top agencies from all over to our
facility.
What does it cost?
We do not charge a fee to bring talent onboard, nor do we take commissions. The
costs involved really depend upon what you want to do. Marketing materials are
essential for this industry and we will help provide these tools. Training classes are
provided for skill building and confidence, but are not required.
What are you looking for at interviews?
TC looks at several factors when making the decision whether to accept a potential
client. Factors we consider are personality, temperament, enthusiasm, confidence, and
look. What sets you apart from other talent.
Do you accept everyone?
No, we do not accept everyone who auditions for us. We accept only those who
we feel are right for this industry. Remember, we market our clients to top
industry professionals and present them with talent who are ready and able to work.
Is Talent Connection an agency?
TC is not an agency; therefore, we are not required to hold an agency license. TC is
a talent development and marketing company that does not procure
employment for our clients (like an agent would).
Will you pay for my Childs pictures?
This is the biggest misconception of the industry! Although your child is cute, no
one will pay for your child's marketing materials. This is no different than parents investing in a musical
instrument, sports equipment, or uniforms for their child. Agents only send professional industry photos to their clients. These professional photos are how you or your child will get their audition (jobs) and it shows agencies/clients that you are serious and professional as the parent of the talent.
Does this really work?
Yes, our clients get work! We consistently have clients who get signed by top agents. The reason why agencies sign our clients is because they are trained, developed, have their professional marketing materials and are "Agency Ready." Our clients can be seen in ads, magazine covers, catalogs, TV
